At Benchmark Elementary, community means everything—and so does family. That’s why Kyle Marshall and Matthew Wright, have teamed up to serve Benchmark families and their referrals with trusted, experienced real estate services.

Kyle is a proud dad of a 4th grader, 2nd grader, and two future Benchmark Bobcats. Matt is a Benchmark parent as well, with a 4th grader and 1st grader. Together, we’ve been part of the Benchmark family for nearly five years, volunteering in classrooms and supporting PTO events throughout the school year.

With 30+ years of combined real estate experience in the Valley, we bring both knowledge and heart to every client we serve. Our goal is to be the go-to real estate duo for Benchmark families—offering not just expertise, but also a deep connection to the school community we love.

As part of our commitment, for every closed sale with a Benchmark family or referral, we will donate $500 to the Benchmark PTO. This contribution helps enrich the educational experience by strengthening the bond between home and school, ensuring our children thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
